At AAROHI THE BOUTIQUE we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item(s), we offer returns for store credit. Please review the following guidelines for our return policy:

We accept returns for store credit within 14 days from the date of received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  1. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

  1. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If your return is approved, we will issue store credit in the form of a gift card or voucher via email.

  1. Use of Store Credit

Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website or in-store. It cannot be redeemed for cash and has no expiration date.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been customized or altered
